HOA’s are Now Required to Allow Indoor & Outdoor For Sale Signs
Thursday, August 9th, 2007Arizona homeowners living in HOAs will now be permitted to display indoor or outdoor for sale signs. This holds true regardless of any prohibition in the HOA governing documents. This legislature SB 1062 just recently passed! Contact me if you need any additional information on it.
